Lethe might not be in the actual comic much right now, but I guess he makes up for it by hogging a majority of the cover pages. Chapter 9 kicks off for propers on Thursday.
New vote incentive, some quick sketches I did but never posted anywhere of the good captain from the last chapter. Usually when a named character pops up I try and nail down a half-decent character design since I don’t think it’s one of my strong points. Certainly not enough to wing it, anyway.
Now where would one go about getting a magic glowy necklace thing like that?

Hm… funny thing. That sketch gave me a better impression of the captain, than the actual pages. Or maybe it was the pale color or something… still, nice work, as usual.
Also, you haven’t seen Cowboy Bebop? What the hell ass? Thats for sure one of the best anime series out there. If you are at it, get a look into Samurai Shamploo as well. I think Tanabe was responsible for both series and they both kick ass.
